On the work of the regional tripartite commission on Social Partnership and Regulation of Social and Labor Relations
Activities of the West Kazakhstan Regional Tripartite Commission on Social Partnership and Regulation of Social and Labor Relations (hereinafter referred to as - The Commission) is carried out on the basis of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 414-V dated November 23, 2015 and the law "On Trade Unions" No. 211-V dated June 27, 2014 in the form of meetings of representatives of local executive bodies, employees and employers of the region, collective negotiations, consultations by coordinating the positions of the parties in the main areas of social and labor, and related economic relations.
By the resolution of the Akimat of the region dated July 23, 2021 No. 142, Akim of the West Kazakhstan region G.N.Iskaliev was appointed chairman of the commission. Resolution No. 106 of June 27, 2022 amended the members of the commission and the coordinator of the commission identified from local executive bodies is the regional Department for the coordination of Employment and social programs and, if necessary, the regional Department for labor Inspection.
The total number of meetings of the trilateral commission in 2022 (as of August 11, 2022) is 56 (including regional – 5, city - 6, district - 45).
At the meetings of the regional, district and city tripartite commissions on social partnership and regulation of social and labor relations, issues of labor relations, issues of the signing of collective agreements and their execution, work on the prevention of labor conflicts at the enterprises of the region, labor safety, wage arrears of the enterprises of the region, the release of employees, as well as issues of in the field of labor and prevention of the growth of industrial injuries.
In addition, the chairmen of 7 district trade union centers at the meetings of the tripartite commission are present at the members of the commission and their questions and proposals are considered.
