Housing and ICA in the framework of the program "Nurly jer"
For 2019, the housing commissioning plan is 449 thousand square meters.
In 2019, as part of the implementation of the housing construction program "Nurly Zher", 17 MZHD (2,602 apartments) and 117 residential houses in rural areas (386 apartments) are being built. There are 2988 apartments in total. As well as 17 objects of engineering and communication infrastructure.
For 2019, the housing commissioning plan is 449 thousand square meters, including 81 thousand square meters at the expense of budget funds.
At the end of the year, it is planned to put into operation 6 MZHD (797 apartments) and 49 residential buildings in the village (283 apartments), in total – 1080 apartments:
- 5 houses at the expense of bond loans for depositors ZHSSBK (house №1;2;44;45;46 – 581 apartments);
- 1 house for socially vulnerable groups of the MIO population (spot # 41 – 216 apartments);
- 49 residential buildings in SNP – 283 apartments (Akzhaiksky - 1 house (24 sq.), Bokeyordinsky-16 houses (32 sq.) Baiterek - 25 houses (47 kV), Kaztalovsky – 2 houses(24 kV), Terektinsky – 2 houses (60 kV), Taskalinsky - 2 houses (72 kV), Zhangalinsky district - 1 house (24 kV).
ICI construction
In this direction, 17 engineering communications facilities are being built for residential development areas in Uralsk and 5 districts of the region (Baiterek, Bokeyordinsky, Zhangalinsky, Terektinsky, Kaztalovsky).
This year it is planned to put into operation 13 ICI facilities
