Participation in a seminar on the topic: "State and society: ways of effective interaction"

October 21 this year on the initiative of the Department of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in WKO, a seminar on the topic "State and society: ways of effective interaction" was organized in the Branch of the region of Public Administration under the President of Kazakhstan.

The seminar was attended by the heads of the territorial offices of central state and local executive bodies, responsible officials, authorized by the regions on ethics.

The moderator of the seminar was the director of the WKO branch of the ASU under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Gabdrakhmanova Sh.T.

This seminar was held in the form of master classes.

The purpose of the seminar: to train civil servants in the assimilation of effective tools for conflict resolution, self-control and ethics.

Also, at this seminar the following topics were covered:

• Civil servant ethics;
• Civil servant values;
• Moral and ethical values in public service;
• Ways to resolve conflicts in professional activities;
• Domestic corruption and government services.

The seminar, attended by about a hundred participants, was very informative.
