Department of Environmental Regulation
One of the functional areas of the department's work is to conduct an environmental examination of projects for the correctness of the assessment of the impact of planned activities on the environment and public health, verification of compliance with environmental regulatory requirements in documents.
The Department carries out "Issuance of State Environmental Expertise Conclusions for objects of II, III and IV categories" and "Issuance of permits for emissions into the environment for objects of II, III and IV categories" through the state program "E-licensing" and through the web portal "Electronic government ”since July 2014.
For 9 months of 2020, 1,022 permits for emissions into the environment were considered and issued and 113 state ecological expertise were issued.
