About providing specialists with a lifting allowance and a budget loan for the purchase or construction of housing
The state service is the provision of social support measures to health, education, social security, culture, sports and agro-industrial specialists who have arrived to work and live in rural localities. This type of service is provided by the district Department of Economics and Finance. Acceptance of documents and issuance of opinions on public services is carried out through the Department of Economics and Finance. For 11 months of this year, 82 specialists were provided with public services, 49 of them received social support measures.
To provide the above-mentioned social support measures under the state program "with a diploma to the village" in 2019, 64338.0 thousand tenge was allocated from the Republican budget, 6035.0 thousand tenge from the local budget and fully disbursed. The national budget allocated 64388.0 thousand tenge for the purchase of housing for 20 specialists, for the construction of housing for 1 specialist, from the local budget allocated 6035.0 thousand tenge for the purchase of lifting allowances for 29 specialists. The purpose of the state program is to attract highly qualified specialists in the social sphere and agro-industrial complex to the village.
The result of the project is the stabilization of personnel in rural areas to provide quality services to the population.
The Department of Economics and Finance monitors the timely implementation of monthly payments to recipients of budget loans for the construction and purchase of housing. In other words, based on the monthly report provided by the West Kazakhstan branch of JSC" Fund for financial support of agriculture", borrowers with overdue debts are notified in writing. Official letters of cooperation are sent in close contact with the heads of institutions where borrowers work. Borrowers are also interviewed by phone.
If there is no result from such work, the overdue debt of borrowers, which in turn can be returned by applying to the court. So, in 2019, after receiving social support measures for 13 (thirteen) specialists who were dismissed at their own request and have overdue debts, a claim was filed for the amount of 164,709 tenge, and budget funds were returned in the amount of 75,2227 tenge.
According to the territory development program
During the implementation of the program for the development of the territory of Zhanibek district for 2016-2020, the results of the report for 2018 were summed up in January 2019.

3) the "index of the physical volume of gross agricultural output" was fulfilled by 98.8% of the planned indicator. However, compared to last year, the index increased by 0.5. in 2018, the target indicator is planned to be exceeded.
4) "the share of small cattle participating in breed transformations" reached 82.8% of the planned. In 2018, the number of Mrs is 42,394 heads, including 9585 heads of breeding stock involved in breed transformations.
The reason for the decline is that peasant farms in a low level participate in the breed transformation of small cattle.
Small and medium-sized businesses, trade

The decrease in this indicator is due to mandatory registration as an individual entrepreneur when receiving an agricultural loan. Then they become inactive. Currently, work is underway to eliminate small businesses that do not operate with the revenue authorities.

Health care
9) " reduction of mortality from malignant neoplasms per 100 thousand population"
