To ensure uniform requirements for the quality of public services, Central government agencies have developed and approved public service standards that set requirements for the provision of public services, and include the characteristics of the process, form, content and result of the provision of public services provided by the regional veterinary Department, which is the issuance of a license to engage in activities in the field of veterinary medicine. According to the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On permits and notifications" dated may 16, 2014 No. 202-V, a license to conduct veterinary and sanitary examination of products and raw materials of animal origin is Issued by the veterinary Department of the West Kazakhstan region.
The basis for submitting a state service when applying for a service recipient is the presence of an application and documents provided for by the standards. Applications are accepted and the results of public services are provided not only through the office of the service provider, but also through the e-government web portal www.egov.kz and web portal www.elicense.kz.
To obtain a license: an
application of an individual for obtaining a license and (or) an Appendix to the license in the form established in accordance with Appendix 1 to this standard of public services;
application of a legal entity for obtaining a license and (or) an Appendix to the license in the form established in accordance with Appendix 2 to this standard of public services;
certificate or certificate of state registration (re – registration) of a legal entity- for the legal entity (for identification); identity
document and document confirming the authority of the representative (for identification);
certificate of state registration of the service recipient as an individual entrepreneur (for identification);
document confirming payment to the budget of the license fee for the right to engage in activities in the field of veterinary medicine;
a copy of the title document confirming the availability of the relevant premises under the lease agreement; a
form of information for carrying out activities in the field of veterinary medicine for veterinary and sanitary examination of products and raw materials of animal origin in accordance with Annex 4 to this standard of public services;
