📍📍📍 According to the requirements established by Presidential Decree No. 580 of May 18, 2021, citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan aged no older than 35 years, with higher education and work experience of at least 5 years, as well as with knowledge of the state language at the level not lower than average can participate in the selection. The period of stay in the reserve will be 3 years.
📍📍📍 The appointment of a reservist to a vacant state position will be carried out in a non-competitive manner, taking into account the set of competencies and on the recommendation of the National Commission for Youth Personnel Reserve. At the same time, enrollment in the Reserve does not guarantee appointment to a public position.
📍📍📍 To enroll in the Reserve, candidates will have to go through several consecutive stages, including:
assessment of the ability to work with complex numerical and textual information;
solving situational problems;
assessment of competencies;

Agayzhan Kadyrzhanovna accidentally saw information about the search for Shershov's relatives in the status of her relative, and remembered that she knew people with that last name. “I am a person who passed by, but I decided to send information and it so happened that I was able to find the relatives of Stepan Shershov. Both me and my nephew had a lot of emotions. I realized that each person can help another simply by sending a message or post. After all, we "sit" in social networks every day just leafing through, but you can benefit others. So I decided to become a volunteer, ”said Agayzhan Chelabayeva at the meeting.
NGO "Atamnyn Amanaty" once again thanked all those who were not indifferent and reminded that the acceptance of applications for the search for the missing and relatives of the dead soldiers continues.
