Information on received applications from citizens for the 1st quarter of 2021

Information on the received applications of citizens in the Terekty district for the first quarter of 2021

For the first quarter of 2021, the district akimat, independent departments and rural districts received 258 (203 - individuals, 55 - legal entities) appeals from citizens. Of these, 219 are applications, 4 are complaints, 35 are others.

Out of the number of received applications, 50 were satisfied, 178 were clarified in accordance with the law, 4 were suspended, 21 were sent for consideration, 2 were refused, 3 are pending.

In general, a large number of applications were received on the following issues:

63 (24.4%) labor relations;
58 (22.5%) land resources;
39 (15.1%) housing issue;
18 (7%) interaction with other government agencies;
17 (6.6%) finance, economics;
10 (3.9%) general agricultural issues;
5 (1.9%) construction;
3 (1.2%) issues of culture, history, art, architecture, literature and theaters;
3 (1.2%) ASP;
3 (1.2%) Internet;
2 (0.8%) education;
2 (0.8%) power supply;
2 (0.8%) gas supply;
1 (0.4%) material, charitable and other assistance;
1 (0.4%) entrepreneurship;
1 (0.4%) water supply;
