Information on the received applications of citizens in the Terekta district for 11 months of 2020
For 11 months (January-November) 2020, the district akimat, independent departments and rural districts received 1534 (1344 - individuals, 190 - legal entities) applications of citizens. Of these, 1436 were appeals, 4 were complaints, 94 were others.
Out of the number of received applications, 449 were satisfied, 774 were clarified in accordance with the law, 4 were suspended, 262 were sent for consideration, 45 are pending.
In general, a large number of applications were received on the following issues:
628 (41%) land resources;
398 (26%) labor relations;
165 (11%) housing issues;
55 (3.5%) education;
38 (2.5%) interaction with other government agencies;
31 (2%) finance, economics;
30 (1.9%) construction;
27 (1.8%) issuance of certificates;
16 (1%) issues of culture, history, art, architecture, literature and theaters;
14 (0.9%) solid household and industrial waste
14 (0.9%) general issues of agriculture;
11 (0.7%) ASP;
10 (0.6%) issues of statistics and accounting;
9 (0.6%) material, charitable and other assistance;
9 (0.6%) entrepreneurship;
8 (0.5%) power supply;
7 (0.5%) general issues of transport and communications;
6 (0.4%) veterinary medicine;
6 (0.4%) gas supply;
5 (0.3%) Internet;
4 (0.3%) water supply;
3 (0.2%) provision of notary services;
3 (0.2%) issues of health care, public health protection;
(everyday life of the population 37 - 2.4%).
