Within the framework of the state program of infrastructure development "Nurly Zhol", JSC "NC" QazAvtoJol "is holding a public hearing on the introduction of a toll collection system with elements of an intelligent transport system on the sections of the highway of republican significance:
- Uralsk - Kamenka - Russian border (on Ozinki) km 4-104;
- The border of the Russian Federation (to Samara) - Shymkent, sections Uralsk - Samara km 251-195 and Uralsk - Aktobe km 261-526.
This year, it is planned to launch a collection system in test mode. On these sites, it is envisaged to introduce payment for vehicles with an open system of collection of fees.
At a public hearing, the principle of the toll collection system, payment methods and norms of the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of toll roads will be explained.
