Information on the received applications of citizens in the Terekty district for 9 months of 2020
For 9 months (January-September) 2020, the district akimat, independent departments and rural districts received 1200 (1054 - individuals, 146 - legal entities) appeals from citizens. Of these, 1126 were appeals, 2 were complaints, 72 were others.
Out of the number of appeals received, 339 were satisfied, 633 clarified in accordance with the law, 2 were suspended, 212 were sent for consideration, 13 are pending.
In general, a large number of applications were received on the following issues:
• 463 (38.5%) land resources;
• 280 (23.3%) labor relations;
• 89 (7.4%) housing issue;
• 38 (3.2%) education;
• 28 (2,3%) interaction with other state bodies;
• 27 (2.6%) construction;
• 27 (2.6%) issuance of certificates;
• 27 (2.6%) finance, economics;
• 16 (1,3%) issues of culture, history, art, architecture, literature and theaters;
• 14 (1,2%) solid household and industrial waste
• 12 (1%) general agricultural issues;
• 11 (0.9%) ASP;
• 9 (0.7%) material, charitable and other assistance;
• 9 (0.7%) entrepreneurship;
• 6 (0.5%) general issues of transport and communications;
• 6 (0.5%) veterinary medicine;
• 6 (0.5%) gas supply;
• 5 (0.4%) internet;
• 4 (0.3%) power supply;
• 4 (0.3%) issues of statistics and accounting;
• 3 (0.2%) water supply;
• 3 (0.2%) provision of notary services;
• 3 (0.2%) issues of health care, public health protection;
(everyday life of the population 110 - 9.5%).
