Information on citizens' appeals in the Terekty district for 5 months of 2020
During the 5 months (January-April) of 2020, 716 (624 - individuals, 92 - legal entities) appeals of citizens were received by the district akimat, independent departments and rural districts. Of these, 658 are complaints, 1 is a complaint, 57 are others.
Of the number of complaints received, 273 were satisfied, 291 were clarified in accordance with the law, 2 were suspended, 141 complaints were sent for consideration, 9 - are under consideration.
In general, a large number of requests were received on the following issues:
- 274 (38.3%) land resources;
- 190 (26.5%) labor relations;
- 39 (5.4%) housing;
- 29 (4.0%) interaction with other government agencies;
- 28 (3.9%) education;
- 20 (2.8%) construction;
- 18 (2.5%) issuance of certificates;
- 15 (2.1%) finance, economics;
- 9 (1.3%) general issues of agriculture;
- 9 (1.3%) material, charitable and other assistance;
- 8 (1.1%) entrepreneurship;
- 7 (1.0%) TSA;
- 5 (0.7%) power supply;
- 5 (0.7%) Municipal and industrial waste
- 5 (0.7%) issues of culture, history, art, architecture, literature and theaters;
- 4 (0.6%) general issues of transport and communications;
- 4 (0.6%) veterinary medicine;
- 4 (0.6%) gas supply;
- 3 (0.4%) water supply;
- 3 (0.4%) provision of notarial services;
- 2 (0.3%) issues of healthcare, public health;
- 2 (0.3%) statistics and accounting issues;
- 1 (0.1%) Internet;
