Information on citizens' appeals in the Terektinsky district for 4 months of 2020
For 4 months (January-April) of 2020, 623 (551 - individuals, 72 - legal entities) appeals to citizens to the district akimat, independent departments and rural districts. Of these, 574 - appeals, 1 - complaint, 48 - requests.
Out of the number of received applications, 242 were satisfied, 253 were clarified in accordance with the law, 2 were suspended, 117 applications were sent for consideration, 9 - are under consideration.
In general, a large number of requests were received on the following issues:
- 236 (38.0%) land resources;
- 179 (28.7%) labor relations;
- 31 (5.0%) housing issues;
- 25 (4.0%) education;
- 18 (2.9%) interaction with other state bodies;
- 16 (2.6%) issuance of certificates;
- 14 (2.2%) construction;
- 14 (2.2%) finance, economics;
- 8 (1.3%) general issues of agriculture;
- 8 (1.3%) entrepreneurship;
- 8 (1.3%) material, charitable and other assistance;
- 7 (1.1%) TSA;
- 5 (0.8%) power supply;
- 4 (0.6%) veterinary medicine;
- 4 (0.6%) gas supply;
- 3 (0.5%) water supply;
- 3 (0.5%) provision of notarial services;
- 3 (0.5%) issues of culture, history, art, architecture, literature and theaters;
- 3 (0.5%) general issues of transport and communications;
- 2 (0.3%) issues of healthcare, public health;
- 2 (0.3%) statistics and accounting issues;
- 1 (0.2%) Internet;
- 1 (0.2%) wage issues;
