In 2019, in the Terekty district, 60 apartments were provided to the waiting list of people in need of improved housing conditions, of which:
- Large families - 20 apartments;
- Socially vulnerable segments of the population - 15 apartments;
- Orphans, children left without parental care - 13 apartments;
- Civil servants, employees of budgetary organizations - 10 apartments;
- Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the only dwelling of which is recognized as emergency in order - 2 apartments;
In the period from 2014 to today, within the framework of the program “Development of regions until 2020”, 47 million tenge were allocated and spent on the repair of apartment buildings in the Terekty district.
To date, in the Terekty district, there are 26 multi-apartment residential buildings (MARB), of which the number of MARB requiring repair of the roof, facades and utilities in the Fedorovsky rural district - 2 houses (7.7%).
In total, 6 projects were implemented in the Terekty district for a total amount of 47 million tenge.
- Due to local budget - 6 MARB in the amount of 47 million tenge.
- At the expense of repayable funds, it is planned to repair 1 MARB at the address of Fedorovka, 8 Yubileynaya St. for the amount of -9 million tenge.
In 2019, overhaul of roads was carried out at Tauelsіzdіk St., Beibіtshіlіk St., Dostyk St., Tsentralnaya St., Gorky St. in Fedorovka; major repairs of the access road to the village of Aksuat; reconstruction of the access road 0-1km to the village of Algabas.
