Information about the work done on the State Institution "Department of Employment and Social Programs of the Terektinsky district" as of April 1, 2021.
The population of the district living below the poverty line is 994 people (201 families), which is 2.3% of the total population.
For targeted social assistance for 2020, 235837.0 thousand tenge was allocated, including 192966.0 thousand tenge from the Republic of Belarus, 42871.0 thousand tenge from the MB.
A total of 32402.0 thousand tenge was allocated from the Republic of Belarus for guaranteed social packages.
The actual implementation of targeted social assistance to date amounted to 23000,0 tenge, including 201 families, including 994 people. In total, guaranteed social packages were issued to 166 families in the amount of 4708.1 thousand tenge. This includes 298 packages for children from 1-3 years old, 372 packages for children from 3-6 years old, and 226 packages of hygiene products.

Compared to April 1, 2020, 16 disabled children were provided in the amount of 394.0 thousand tenge.
Within the framework of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Social Protection of Disabled People in the Republic of Kazakhstan", work continues on social protection of disabled people and their rehabilitation.In the district there are 1206 disabled people, of which I group -127, II group-396, III group-554, disabled children under 16 years-108, disabled children from 16 to 18 years-21. In accordance with the Standard for the provision of special social services in the field of social protection of the population, approved by the order of the Minister of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 165 dated March 26, 2015, there are three departments for the provision of special social services in the conditions of providing services at home, two of them - for the care of the elderly and disabled, the third for disabled children and disabled people over 18 years old with neuropsychiatric diseases. At the moment, 64 social workers work in the department, compared to 2020, 70 social workers worked in the department.
As of April 1, 2021, there are 230 people in the service, including 10 disabled children, 204 elderly people, 4 disabled people and 12 persons over 18 years of age with neuropsychiatric diseases. To receive social services in a medical and social institution, as of April 1, 2021, 2 applications were received, and they were sent to the Burlinsky special social institution.
As of April 1, 2021, 311 new jobs were created in the district (plan 960 n. r. m.), including 248 places under the Enbek program, and 63 places for private initiatives. In 2020, 210 new jobs were created during the same period.
