Information of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Agriculture for the 1st quarter of 2021
The volume of gross agricultural output on April 1, 2021 amounted to 1818.7 million tenge (animal husbandry - 1818.1 million tenge services -0.6 million tons), which was 100.4% of the level of 2020( as of April 1, 2020, the volume of gross agricultural output amounted to 1525.1 million tenge, including in animal husbandry -1524.5 million tenge, services -0.6 million tenge).
As of April 1, 1,658 business entities were registered in the district, including 198 legal entities, 820 individual entrepreneurs and 640 peasant farms. Of these, 1,403 entities are active, including 153 legal entities, 683 individual entrepreneurs and 567 peasant farms. As a result, today 3,565 people are employed in small and medium-sized businesses, which is 0.8% less than the corresponding period in 2020.
In 2020, products worth 17,200 million tenge were produced, which is 41% lower than last year.
The volume of retail trade for the first quarter of 2021 amounted to 473.4 million tenge. Compared to 2020, the physical volume of retail trade decreased by 17.9%.
There are 3 mini-workshops in the district, they employ 137 people. The volume of production for processing agricultural products by mini-workshops is 524.51 million tenge, which is 122% of the level of last year.
Conditions are being created for the sale of products of local producers at agricultural and holiday fairs, memoranda have been signed with institutions for the sale of products of subsidiary farms of the population.
Crop production
For the sowing of 2021, 59.9 thousand hectares of land were processed in the autumn of last year, snow retention was carried out on an area of 11.5 thousand hectares.
According to the memorandum, the plan for sowing agricultural crops is 130.6 thousand hectares, the expected sown area is 130.7 thousand hectares or 100%
According to the memorandum, the plan for sowing winter crops is 16.75 thousand hectares , 19.215 thousand hectares or 115 % of the plan were sown for the 2021 harvest.Of these, 17.22 thousand hectares of winter wheat, 1.956 thousand hectares of winter rye.
At the moment, spring sowing works have begun, moisture retention has been carried out on an area of 53 thousand hectares.
Animal husbandry
Livestock as of April 1, 2021, 55,350 heads (106.7%), including 21,728 cows (112.6%), 65,433 sheep (100.8%), 11,819 goats (104.4%), 14,876 horses (114.6%), 2,670 pigs (93%), and 47,416 poultry (102.2%).

As of April 1, 2021, 1,0006 calves (103.9%), 18,603 lambs and goats (103.7%), 1,659 foals (106.2%), and 1,484 piglets (104.1%) were received.

Farms-reproducers:
In the district, 25 farms are engaged in breeding livestock, including 22 farms with meat cattle (18 farms of the Kazakh white-headed breed, 2 farms of the Hereford breed, 2 farms of the Angus breed), 3 dairy farms (1 farm of Holstein-freeze, 2 farms of the Simmental breed). As of January 1, 2021, according to the breeding register, the total breeding stock of cattle is 9779 heads, of which the Kazakh white – headed breed is 7027 heads , the Hereford breed is 662 heads, the Angus breed is 929 heads, the dairy direction is 913 and the combined one is 248 heads. There are 619 horses of the Kushum breed, 486 heads of Edilbayev sheep
Tribal purchase: Since the beginning of the year, 204 breeding heifers of the meat direction from the Republic of Belarus have been purchased, 168 heads are quarantined. A total of 372 heads were buried.
Fuel AND lubricants
For carrying out spring sowing works at a reduced price, 2250 tons of fuel were distributed to the district. April-770t, May -1100 ton, June-380 tons. Operator of Batys Arna LLP. The price is 161 tenge / liter.
Purchase of equipment
For carrying out agricultural and other works, 2,164 units of equipment were registered in the district, including 1,227 tractors, 134 combines, 700 tractor trailers,86 road construction vehicles, 5 snowmobiles and 12 others. Since the beginning of 2021, 21 units of equipment have been registered, 16 units have been removed from the register, 10 tractor driver's certificates have been issued, 1 pledge agreement for 1 unit of equipment has been registered.
In the first quarter of 2021, 7 units of new equipment were purchased (2 units were leased through KazAgroFinance JSC)
The district has registered 26 units of foreign tractors (23 John Deere and 3 Case), 17 foreign combines (John Deere) and has 11 sowing complexes: 2 Flexi Coil and 9 John Deere.
The volume of investments in agriculture for the first quarter amounted to 167.798 million tenge, or 332.9% of the level of 2020.
