📍📍📍 In accordance with the instructions of the Head of State, this year a selection is being held for the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve, according to the results of which 50 reservists for the public sector will be selected.
📍📍📍 According to the requirements established by Presidential Decree No. 580 of May 18, 2021, citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan aged no older than 35 years, with higher education and work experience of at least 5 years, as well as with knowledge of the state language at the level not lower than average can participate in the selection. The period of stay in the reserve will be 3 years.
📍📍📍 The appointment of a reservist to a vacant state position will be carried out in a non-competitive manner, taking into account the set of competencies and on the recommendation of the National Commission for Youth Personnel Reserve. At the same time, enrollment in the Reserve does not guarantee appointment to a public position.
📍📍📍 To enroll in the Reserve, candidates will have to go through several consecutive stages, including:
assessment of the ability to work with complex numerical and textual information;
solving situational problems;
assessment of competencies;
interview with the Expert Commission;
meeting of the National Commission on Youth Personnel Policy under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

On April 25, 2021, in Uralsk, the final 5th round of the XXIX Championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan in volleyball among men's teams of the major league ended. The best volleyball players from 2 cities (Almaty, Shymkent) and 7 regions (Almaty, Aktobe, West Kazakhstan, Kokshetau, Karaganda, Kostanay, Turkestan) countries took part in the competition. According to the results of the 5th round, the winning teams achieved the following results: 1st place - Aktobe (Aktobe region); ІІ place - Zhaiyk (WKO); ІІІ place - Dynamo-Kazygurt (Shymkent). The WKO player Otegenov Alisher was named the best player of the 5th round.

In all 5 rounds of the XXIX Volleyball Championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan among women's national teams of the highest league in Taraz, our volleyball players showed high professional skills, taking a leading position among the participating teams. Zh.Dosmukhamedova, 45 announces the start of preparation of a public-private partnership (hereinafter PPP) project "Construction and operation of an indoor sports hall" and notifies of a request for expression of interests to attract potential partners to discuss the project and provide alternative proposals and options for implementation of this project.
PPP object: Construction and operation of a covered hall for playing sports.
Location: the city of Uralsk (land plots: Nekrasov square S plot 0.02 ha; M. Munkeuly square S plot 0.08 ha, 0.13 ha, 0.30 ha; M. Munkeuly street, courtyard house 108/1 S plot 0.05 ha, PDP "North-East S section 0.20 ha").
Project conditions: implementation of the necessary construction, installation and commissioning works, equipping with the necessary furniture and equipment for the functioning of the indoor sports hall.
Project implementation period: at least 5 years, including a construction period of at least 1 year.
The project is planned to be implemented in the city of Uralsk at the expense of a potential private investor, including by raising borrowed funds.
Possible sources of cost recovery: rent, reimbursement of operating costs in accordance with the legislation "On public-private partnership" (sources of cost reimbursement will be determined during negotiations).

The project should provide for:
- a training area, including a training hall with a size of 22m * 42m for playing sports (football, basketball, volleyball, handball), a gym, changing rooms for athletes, showers, coaches, a buffet, and other auxiliary facilities.

- common area. The floor covering of the training area is parquet.

Today akim of the region Gali Nazimedenovich held a meeting to discuss the state of development of physical culture and sports in the region, achievements and problematic issues in this area. The meeting was attended by athletes who have achieved high success in international competitions, coaches who provide training for the sports reserve of the region and legendary sports veterans who have made a significant contribution to the formation of the image of West Kazakhstan sports.
A serious event took place in the Terekty region. Four sports grounds were opened and put into operation on the territory of the district in one day.
Young people and local residents of the villages of Dolin, Bogdanov, Akzhaiyk and Aksogum could not hide their joy, they were in great excitement. The opening ceremony of the sports grounds was attended by the akim of the Terekta region Arman Utegulov and the head of the department of physical culture and sports of the WKR Kaimen Yesendiyarov.
- President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K. Tokayev always pays special attention to the development of mass sports. Of course, sport is a guarantee of health. This year, 8 sports grounds were created in the district and put into operation. Now the goal is for the bar to find out the price. Local residents must take good care of these sites. The ceremony of cutting the tape of the sports ground in the village of Dolinnoye, sports veteran, teacher and participant of the Olympic Games in Moscow in 1980, Marat Valeev, organized by athletics among spectators of the European Championship, champion of Kazakhstan, was held by journalist Tatyana Raimkulova. The school is a forge of titled sports stars, winners and prize-winners of republican and international competitions. President K. Tokayev gave instructions to involve young people in mass sports. In recent years, the region's sports infrastructure has been developing well. I am glad that we have caring entrepreneurs who contributed to the opening of large gyms both in the city and in the districts. I express my deep gratitude to them, - said Gali Iskaliev.
- I wish the coaches good luck and success in educating future athletes. And parents want to say that children need to be taught to a healthy lifestyle from childhood, physical education not only strengthens the child's health, but also contributes to the development of discipline and willpower.
The sports school has two large halls of 200 sq.m. Classes are conducted in two shifts. Mugs for children - free of charge.
As the director of the sports complex of martial arts "Zhekpe zhek" Kanat Zhangaliev noted, the school develops in eight directions - taekwondo, boxing, sambo, Kazakh kүres, martial arts, Greco-Roman wrestling, karate, judo.
- Today is a historic day for us, we were allocated a large building with two large halls. Before that, we constantly experienced difficulties with the premises. AT currently there are about 1500 children in the school. The gyms can simultaneously train about 200 children. For comparison, earlier only 30 people could train in one room. We have 65 coaches in our staff, two of them are honored coaches of Kazakhstan and coaches of the highest category, - said Kanat Zhangaliev.
Pupil of school number 19 Nurislam Kayyrgali won championships in Bratislava, Turkey and, at the age of 11, is already a six-time champion in karate-do shotokan.
- I have been doing karate for 6 years. At first he was fond of karate-do shotokan, after three years he began to practice karate WKF. Has shown good results. I train every day, I'm very happy about the spacious gym. I dream of becoming a world-class champion, - said the young athlete.
