Meetings of the Commission for the selection of business projects on micro-crediting of youth within the framework of an entrepreneurial initiative

On August 28, 2023, a meeting of the commission for the selection of a business plan for micro-loans to young people within the framework of an entrepreneurial initiative was held in the Department for the coordination of employment and social programs of the West Kazakhstan Region.

The commission consisted of specialists from the Department for the Coordination of Employment and Social Programs of the West Kazakhstan Region, the Department for Social Development of the West Kazakhstan Region, the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the West Kazakhstan Region, the Department of Entrepreneurship and Industrial and Innovative Development of the West Kazakhstan Region, West Kaz Agro LLP.

Microcredit is aimed at supporting young entrepreneurs aged 21 to 35 years, whose registration period as an individual entrepreneur at the time of application does not exceed 5 years. Young entrepreneurs can get a loan of up to 5 million tenge with a maturity of up to 5 years at a nominal interest rate of 2.5% per annum.

In 2023, it is planned to provide 238 micro-loans for young people in the West Kazakhstan region.  Applications are accepted by the branch of JSC "Agrarian Credit Corporation" in the West Kazakhstan region at the address: Uralsk, Mukhita str., 27/2 (phone for inquiries: 8 701-006-11-75).
