Рublic procurement

To organize and carry out government procurement according to the current legislation;
on the basis of the annual and approved by the customer year plan of government procurement is carried out government procurement by the ways of provided current legislation;
To develop and approve the tender documentation (auction documentation) Kazakh and Russian on the basis of the task is presented by the customer, containing the documents are established by rules of implementation of government procurement;
To place the announcement of carrying out government procurement on the web portal of government procurement;
To send to a customer the inquiries and remarks from the persons which are automatically registered on the web portal of the government procurement,which have received the tender documentation (auction documentation) to the draft agreement on government procurement and (or) the technical specification of the tender documentation (auction documentation);
in case of need to make changes and (or) additions to the tender documentation (auction documentation);
to enlist in the income of the relevant budget or return to the potential supplier tender security on participation in electronic government procurement in the way of a competition or auction, in the cases provided by the legislation;
to define and approve structure of the contest committee (the auction commission);
to send the invitation to the potential suppliers who have submitted technical offers at the first stage, to take part in the second stage of government procurement in the way of a competition with use of two-stage procedures;
at implementation of government procurement in the way from one source in the cases which are provided by the legislation to send the potential supplier the invitation by means of the web portal of government procurement for taking part in government procurement;
to determine the winner of government procurement by way of a competition (auction);
to conduct government procurement of separate types of goods, works, services in the order established by the legislation;
to appeal with the claim to court about recognition of the potential supplier or supplier, the unfair participant of government procurement in the cases provided by the current legislation;
to take measures for elimination of the reasons and conditions, which are promoted commission of offenses;
in compliance with paragraph 2 of article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan from January 23, 2001 "About local public administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" to carry out other powers assigned by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the benefit of local public administration.
