This year, 14.3 billion tenge are provided for the construction and purchase of housing (due to the issue of government securities - 8.9 billion tenge, RB - 1.7 billion tenge, MB - 3.2 billion tenge, due to the emergency reserve LEA – 0.5 billion tenge).

WATER SUPPLY IN RURAL SETTLEMENTS There are 414 rural settlements in the region, with a population of 313 thousand people. As part of the national project “Strong Regions - Driver of Country Development”, as of January 1, 2023, the number of villages with access to a centralized water supply system was 256 (out of 416), with a population of 288 thousand people or 92% of the total population of all villages, including complex block modules installed in 15 villages. In 2023, in order to provide high-quality drinking water to 47 rural settlements, covering more than 33 thousand people, 6.3 billion tenge were allocated for the implementation of 44 projects. Including, at the expense of local budget funds, it is planned to install CBM in 15 villages, covering 1,768 people. To date, 3 facilities have been completed and put into operation (construction of a water pipeline in the villages of Algabas, Karaganda and Shagyrlyoi, Syrym district, in the village of Shoktybai, Chingirlau district). CONSTRUCTION OF SOCIAL FACILITIES This year, in order to solve the problem of three-shift schools and schools with a shortage of educational places in the region, the construction of 3 schools has continued (Kaztalovka village - 600 places, Zhuldyz village - 108 places, Shalgyn village of Karatobinsky district - 60 places). To date, a school has been put into operation in the village of Zhuldyz. (Acceptance certificate dated August 22, 2023) Zhienbay LLP is constructing a school for 600 places in the village of Kaztalov, Kaztalovsky district. The contractual value is 2,754.3 million tenge. Currently, the facility is 98% complete. Work on interior decoration and landscaping is underway. The facility is scheduled to be put into operation in November of this year. In addition, in 2022, under the emergency response, the construction of a small school (small-graded school) for 60 students began in the village of Shalgyn, Karatobinsky district. Since emergency funds will be considered only for this year, the contract with the contractor Zhienbai LLP has been terminated. As of today, the facility is 80% complete. The school is scheduled to be put into operation in November of this year. In addition, within the framework of the national project "Comfortable School" in 2023-2025, 18 schools will be implemented, including 9 schools this year (3 schools in Uralsk (school No. 53, school No. 60, school No. 65 in the region Medical College), 3 schools in the Burlinsky district (school No. 1 named after Ikhsanov, a school in the 13th microdistrict and a school in the village of Pugachevo), Podstepnoye of the Terektinsky district in the village of Dostyk and Trekin in the Baiterek region). Currently, the construction of 6 schools has begun. All objects will be transferred to 2024. In addition, at the expense of KPO B.v. construction of 15 small-scale schools has begun in 7 districts of the region (Akzhaiksky, Baitereksky, Burlinsky, Zhanibeksky, Kaztalovsky, Karatobinsky, Terektinsky districts). To date, 2 small schools have been put into operation (the village of Zhalyn, Baiterek district, the village of Poima, Terektinsky district). In order to develop sports infrastructure, the construction of 4 sports and recreation complexes continues. Based on the results of the 3rd quarter of 2023, 2 health and fitness centers were put into operation in the villages of Chapaevo and Taypak, Akzhaik district; the construction of the remaining 2 health and fitness centers (in the Kaztalovsky and Taskalinsky districts) will be completed in 2024. Along with sports facilities, in the region, within the framework of the national project “Auyl-El Besigi”, the construction of 8 cultural facilities has begun in 7 districts (in the village of Budarino, Akzhaik district, in the village of Bisen, Bokeyordinsky district, in the village of Shchapovo, Baiterek district, in the village. Kaiyndy, Kaztalovsky district, in the village of Kirkopa, Zhangalinsky district, in the village of Toganas, Syrymsky district, a museum in the village of Taskala, Taskalinsky district, and a cultural center in the village of Merey). As part of the national project "Modernization of rural healthcare" in the West Kazakhstan region, it is planned to build 50 primary health care facilities in rural settlements by 2025. The plan for this year is 24 medical facilities. Of these, for 12 medical facilities, 3.6 billion tenge were allocated for construction and installation work at the expense of the Republic of Belarus, including 2.4 billion tenge for the current state as of 10/01/2023. To date, 4 FAPs have been put into operation (FAP in the village of Barbastau, Terektinsky district, FAP in the village of Novenky, Baiterek district, VA in the village of Asan, Baiterek district, FAP in the village of Ulenty, Syrym district), construction and installation work is underway for the remaining facilities at the stage of completion. Also, design and estimate documentation was prepared for 5 medical facilities, a positive expert opinion was received, and this year a budget request was sent for the redistribution of savings in the amount of 183.071 million tenge (No. 03-12/5887 dated September 15, 2023). For the remaining 7 medical facilities, a standard project has been developed and is being linked to the specified design and estimate documentation by the non-profit joint-stock company "TurarHealthcare".Design work is underway for 26 medical facilities planned for 2024.
