Сегодня куплю-продажу недвижимости можно оформить в ЦОНе. Время оказания услуги без учета дня подачи документов 1 рабочий день.
Для проведения сделки необходимы: техпаспорт недвижимости; правоустанавливающие документы на недвижимость (их предоставляет продавец), сведения о зарегистрированных правах (обременениях) на недвижимость (Форма-2).Если продавец и покупатель состоят в браке, то необходимо нотариально заверенное согласие супруга/супруги. И это касается обеих сторон.
Если недвижимость покупается у строительной компании, дополнительно нужно предоставить решение о продаже и сведения о зарегистрированных правах (обременениях) на недвижимость (Форма-2). При этом, если покупатель состоит в браке, также необходимо нотариально заверенное согласие супруга/супруги.
В ЦОН можно прийти как с готовым договором купли-продажи, так и без него. Специалист госкорпорации поможет его составить. В договоре должны быть указаны все технические характеристики недвижимости (площадь, этаж, номер квартиры, кадастровый номер и др.). Если недвижимость приобретается у застройщика, в договоре должно быть указано имя доверенного лица компании, который придет в ЦОН. В случае отсутствия доверенного лица в ЦОН приходит директор компании, который подписывает договор купли-продажи и приносит с собой приказ о назначении директором.
Размер госпошлины за регистрацию недвижимое имущество составляет - 1 202,5 тенге, если услугополучатель приходит с готовым договором купли-продажи. В случаях если договор-купли продажи составляется в ЦОНе, то услугополучатель, независимо от регистрации, оплачивает отдельно за составление договора – 8500 тенге.
Если же оформление осуществляется у застройщиков, покупатель является физческое лицо оплата- 12 500, юридическое лицо- 15 000.
Цена услуги за регистрацию недвижимое имущество меняется в зависимости от вида недвижимости (например, квартира, жилой дом, зем.участки, складские помещения, паркинги и т. д.).
Время оказания услуги 1 рабочий день.
Таким образом, вышеуказанные возможности для жителей позволяют существенно сэкономить свои расходы в несколько раз при получении государственных услуг!

The Department of Coordination of Employment and Social Programs of the West Kazakhstan region invites enterprises of the region to participate in the republican competition on social responsibility of business "PARYZ – 2022".
The competition has been held on the initiative of the first President of the country since 2008. The Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2008 No. 523 approved the Rules of the contest on the social responsibility of business "Paryz". Private business entities can participate in the competition. Applicants are allowed who:
1) have been operating for at least three years;
2) are not in the stage of liquidation, are not recognized as bankrupt;
3) have no unresolved violations of labor legislation, including overdue arrears on wages and other payments to employees;
4) do not have collective labor disputes with employees;
5) carry out social and charitable activities on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which should not be aimed at supporting political, trade union and religious organizations;
6) reliable information was indicated in the application for participation in the competition, as well as documents were submitted in full.
The competition is aimed at the formation and enhancement by private business entities of their corporate social responsibility to society in order to further improve the welfare of the population.
For applicants, participation in the competition is free of charge.
To ensure transparency of the selection process of applicants, optimization of the application procedure, the competition is held in two stages: at the regional and republican levels. Applications of applicants for participation are accepted by the local executive body on paper and electronic media. Based on the results of consideration of applications by the regional commission for social partnership and regulation of social and labor relations, they are sent for study by the republican commission, which decides on awarding the titles of the laureates of the competition.
In accordance with the Rules , the awarding of the titles of the laureates of the competition is carried out in the following nominations:
"The best socially responsible enterprise".
This nomination examines the activities of applicants implementing social programs aimed at supporting their own staff, social adaptation of people with disabilities and improving the well-being of society as a whole (organization of remuneration and social benefits, professional training and retraining systems, employment of the largest number of people with disabilities, and so on).;
"The best enterprise in the field of labor protection".
This nomination examines the activities of applicants who create working conditions that allow to preserve the health of employees in the course of their work;
"The best collective agreement".
This nomination considers collective agreements that significantly improve and strengthen the labor and social rights of employees provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
"For contribution to ecology".
This nomination examines the activities of applicants who have significantly distinguished themselves in the implementation of environmental (ecological) programs aimed at improving the state of the environment.
Grand Prix - the highest award of the competition is awarded to the applicant who has achieved the highest results in the work and implementation of the principles of corporate social and environmental responsibility. The winners of the competition are awarded a corresponding diploma, an emblem and a distinctive sign (statuette). The award ceremony of the winners of the competition is held annually in December in a solemn atmosphere.
To participate in the competition, applicants send materials to local executive bodies in two copies:
1) a completed application;
2) the applicant's report, which is a self-assessment of the level of his activities and specific results on corporate social responsibility.
The applicant's report should include:
- history of a legal entity or individual;
- organizational structure;
- other additional information;
3) appendix to the report (a copy of the collective agreement and other documents);
4) a questionnaire filled out in accordance with the form established by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan and posted on its Internet resource.
The deadline for accepting documents is September 1 of the current year.

📍📍📍 In accordance with the instructions of the Head of State, this year a selection is being held for the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve, according to the results of which 50 reservists for the public sector will be selected.
📍📍📍 According to the requirements established by Presidential Decree No. 580 of May 18, 2021, citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan aged no older than 35 years, with higher education and work experience of at least 5 years, as well as with knowledge of the state language at the level not lower than average can participate in the selection. Today, the Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan Musin Bagdat gave a positive assessment of the work of the Branch of the Non-profit Joint-Stock Company "State Corporation" Government for Citizens " in the West Kazakhstan region. The new head of the branch of the state corporation Government for Citizens in the West Kazakhstan region was Nadir Kurumbayev, who previously headed the social and entrepreneurial corporation "AQJAIYQ".
Nadir Kurumbayev was born in the village of Saykhin in Bokeyordinsky district in 1984. He graduated from the West Kazakhstan State University named after M. Utemisov with a degree in History and Geography (2005), Law (2007), West Kazakhstan Engineering and Humanities University with a degree in Standardization, Metrology and Certification (2012), and received a Master's degree in Business Administration from the International Academy of Business (2012).
He started his career as an expert in the credit technology laboratory at the Utemisov Moscow State University in 2005, where he worked in various positions until 2007. 2007-2008. worked in JSC "National Center for Expertise and Certification". From 2008 to 2009, he was Deputy Director of New Consulting LLP. In 2009-2020, he headed the Certification Center "National Standard"LLP. The branch of the "Government for Citizens" in the West Kazakhstan region employs more than 650 people. In 2020, the branch provided 520 thousand public services to residents of the region.
