In Kazakhstan, due to the complication of the epidemiological situation and the increase in the incidence of coronavirus infection (COVID-19), a fourteen-day quarantine was introduced from July 5 with a number of restrictive measures in order to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
Thus, in order to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection (COVID-19) and ensure the safety of workers and the population, the Unified Accumulative Pension Fund announces the following operating hours of its regional branches.
In seven regions, full-time service by appointment will remain (with employment of no more than 50% of all employees of the branch). Full-time admission is carried out in regional branches in Almaty, East Kazakhstan (except for branches of Karaul village, Aktogay station, Kalbatau village and regional branch in Semey city), West Kazakhstan, Kyzylorda (except for a branch in Zhanakorgan village), Mangistau and Pavlodar regions, as well as in the regional branch in the city of Zhezkazgan.
You can make an appointment on the corporate website enpf.kz, literally in two or three clicks. On the main page of the site, go to the tab "Electronic services", then click on the banner "Book a queue for service", after which you can independently choose a convenient time for you to visit our branch. Opening hours of branches on weekdays from 9:00 to 18:00, Saturday and Sunday are days off.
Note that during the lunch break from 13:00 to 14:00, the operating room will be closed for ventilation, wet cleaning and disinfection / quartzing. In addition, there are two technical breaks of 15 minutes in the first and second half of the day to disinfect work surfaces, chairs, door handles, handrails, etc., and ventilate the premises.
In other regions, until July 31 inclusive, the UAPF left a number of restrictive measures. So, in order to protect the life and health of citizens, as well as to ensure the safety of the population, the Foundation's subdivisions were transferred to the mode of remote service and contactless receipt of documents.
Opening hours of branches for contactless service on weekdays from 9:00 to 18:00 with a lunch break from 13:00 to 14:00. In this mode, regional branches operate in Akmola, Aktobe, Atyrau, Zhambyl, Kostanay, North Kazakhstan and Turkestan regions, as well as in branches in the city of Nur-Sultan and Almaty. On-duty employees of the Foundation, by appointment, carry out contactless reception of documents for services that cannot be obtained in electronic format, subject to strict sanitary and epidemiological measures and the principles of social distancing. Services that cannot be obtained online include:
- registration of applications for the appointment of pension payments in connection with the death of the contributor / recipient (burial);
- registration of applications for the appointment of pension payments in connection with the death of the contributor / recipient (inheritance);
- registration of applications for the appointment of pension payments in connection with departure for permanent residence outside the Republic of Kazakhstan (in exceptional cases, at the request of the consumer of the Fund's services);
- registration of applications for the transfer of pension savings from JSC "UAPF" to insurance organizations;
Other types of UAPF services, for example, receiving an extract from an individual retirement account, changing details, concluding agreements on retirement benefits at the expense of DPA, etc., you can receive without leaving your home online through the ENPF mobile application and Personal Account posted on the corporate website of the Fund www.enpf.kz (step-by-step instructions on how to receive electronic services are attached in the relevant sections).
Recall that the UAPF also has a field service department. At the moment, it operates with the involvement of no more than 50% of the staff, in compliance with strict sanitary and epidemiological measures. In this case, a preliminary consultation is carried out (including a check for the possibility of receiving services in person). In the event of a need for field service for processing applications for opening individual retirement accounts for accounting for compulsory professional pension contributions (including applications for joining an agreement on pension provision at the expense of a compulsory professional pension contribution) and servicing contributors (recipients) belonging to the category socially vulnerable segments of the population (disabled people of 1-2 groups), they carry out the exit in compliance with all sanitary and epidemiological measures.
In addition, the employees of the Fund are always ready to provide contributors (recipients) with advice on the accumulative pension system and remote support for receiving electronic services of the Fund through:
1) calls by telephone from the duty employees of regional offices (the list of which is posted on the website enpf.kz);
2) contacting the call-center of the Fund by short number 1418;
3) a chat bot in Whats app, Viber, Facebook, VKontakte by phone number +7 777 000 14 18;
4) an online consultant on the Foundation's corporate website www.enpf.kz;
5) by sending applications by e-mail enpf@enpf.kz;
6) accounts on social networks: Instagram, Facebook, VKontakte, twitter Telegram, Odnoklassniki.
Additionally, it is envisaged to receive UAPF services by sending a package of documents by mail (Kazpost JSC) with the possibility of preliminary online verification of the package of documents on the Fund's corporate website.

UAPF was created on August 22, 2013 on the basis of JSC “NPF“ GNPF ”. The founder and shareholder of the UAPF is the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan represented by the State Institution "Committee for State Property and Privatization" of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Trust management of UAPF pension assets is carried out by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From January 1, 2016, the functions of developing proposals to improve the efficiency of pension assets management were transferred to the Council for the Management of the National Fund. In accordance with the pension legislation, the UAPF attracts compulsory pension contributions, compulsory professional pension contributions, voluntary pension contributions, pension payments, individual accounting of pension savings and payments, provides the contributor (recipient) with information on the state of his pension savings (for more details see www.enpf.kz ).
