Zulkashev Rustem Mulkayevich was born in 1965 in the village of Zhaksybay, Zhanibek district, West Kazakhstan region. Higher education, in 1989 he graduated from the West Kazakhstan Agricultural Institute with a degree in Agricultural Mechanization.

Карьера

He began his career in 1989-1997 as a mechanical engineer, chief engineer of the state farm "Orda".

1997-1999 Deputy mayor of Urda district;

1999-2000 head of the Department of agriculture of Bokeyorda district;

2000-2010 akim of Urda rural district;

2010-2012 head of the Bokeyorda district territorial inspection;

2012-2019 Deputy Akim of Bokeyordinsky district;

2019-2022 goals Deputy Akim of Kaztalovsky district;

Since March 12, 2022, Akim of Kaztalovsky district.
