Analysis of received requests from individuals and legal entities To the Department of Finance of the West Kazakhstan region
for 12 months of 2020
To the Department of Finance Western Kazakhstan oblast of the appeals of individuals and legal entities are considered in accordance with the Law "On consideration of appeals of physical and legal persons".
For the 12 months 2020 to the Department of Finance in West Kazakhstan region received 81 appeals of individuals and legal entities compared to last year has been 18 handled, or 18% less.
Of these, 58 requests or 72% of the total number of requests were received from legal entities, and 23 requests or 28% of the total number of requests were received from individuals.
At the alternative stage of last year, 68 requests were received from legal entities and 31 requests from individuals. As the analysis shows, the treatment of legal entities decreased by 16%, individuals decreased by 38%.

The analysis also revealed 12 (15%) requests from municipal property, 6 (7%) and 63 (78%) other issues (table 2).

Applications were submitted on purpose, by mail or electronic document management of the applicant or their representatives.
There were no violations of deadlines in the consideration of appeals of individuals and legal entities submitted to the Department of Finance of the West Kazakhstan region for 12 months of 2020. Consideration of requests and responses were carried out in accordance with the current legislation.
There were also no cases of complaints about the actions of civil servants in the consideration of the appeal.
