Analysis of applications received from individuals and legal entities to the Finance Department of the West Kazakhstan region for 7 month 2020

In the Department of Finance of the West Kazakhstan region, applications of individuals and legal entities are considered in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On consideration of applications of individuals and legal entities".

For 7 month of 2020, the Finance Department of the West Kazakhstan region received 47 applications from individuals and legal entities, compared to last year received 15 applications or 24% smaller.

Of these, 34 applications or 72% of the total number of applications were received from legal entities, 13 applications were received from individuals or 28% of the total number of applications.

At an alternative stage of the last year, 41 appeals were received from legal entities, 21 appeals from individuals. As shown, the analysis of the appeal of legal entities decreased by 17%, individuals decreased by 38%.

Also, the analysis revealed 6 (13%) complaints of communal property, human resources 2 (4%) and 39 (83%) other issues (Table 2).

Applications were submitted on purpose, by mail or electronic document management of the applicant or their representatives.

There were no violations of the terms in the consideration of applications from individuals and legal entities submitted to the Finance Department of the West Kazakhstan region for 7 months of 2020. Consideration of applications and issuance of responses were carried out in accordance with the current legislation.

Also, there were no cases of complaints about the actions of civil servants in the consideration of the appeal.
