Distributed the area of responsibility of each deputy

A meeting of the Nur Otan party faction was held online under the chairmanship of the first deputy chairman of the regional branch of the party, Murat Mukayev.

On the agenda were considered three issues: the performance of the electors, the instructions given by the Chairman of the regional branch of the party, akim of the region G. Iskalieva and discuss the roadmap for the implementation of the regional election program.

Due to the epidemiological situation, an extraordinary meeting of the party's faction with the participation of all district branches, deputies of the regional, city and district maslikhats was held online.

As it became known during the meeting, during the primaries and the campaign period, more than 2,000 instructions were collected, of which 40% were included in the election program.

- Of course, many of the instructions are repeated, but these are the most pressing problems-from cleaning streets to building large facilities, roads, replacing power lines, establishing high-quality Internet communication. All these questions are divided into categories: social block, housing and utilities, medicine, education, etc. Responsible persons have been appointed for specific areas. The city is divided into 20 sectors and two deputies from the city and one deputy from the regional maslikhats are appointed for each of them. The same distribution is also in the districts – " Murat Mukayev said.

At the initiative of the chairman of the regional branch of the party, akim of the region Gali Iskaliyev, each deputy was instructed to solve one urgent problem within a year, which is closest to him in the field of activity. At the meeting, Murat Mukayev emphasized that it will be necessary to raise those issues that are currently most concerned about the voters.

During the meeting, the members of the faction discussed the Roadmap for the implementation of the election program, which is designed for five years. Such documents are drawn up in all areas. The map is divided into seven priorities. The budget is 2 trillion 765 thousand tenge. 94 events are planned.

– The work on the road map will be carried out within five years. This is the main document of the party and the work will be carried out at all levels – district, city, regional, republican maslikhats and the emphasis will be on clear interaction between them. All issues of concern to the population will be worked out at all levels. The five-year action plan is distributed across all the districts of the district and the city. For each city district, one deputy of the city district and one deputy of the regional maslikhats are appointed for two districts, respectively, the same distribution by district – deputies of the district and regional maslikhats. The issues that need to be addressed are completely different, ranging from investment projects to healthcare, private investment, and science. All these issues will be specifically taken under control and together with the state bodies, our deputies will work on them at all levels. That is, the distribution of the area of responsibility between deputies and in the context of localities will be clearly regulated.
