In February 2020, The Department of labor inspection of the West Kazakhstan region received 49 requests from individuals and legal entities, including 4 requests from the e-government portal, oral explanations were given during a personal reception-2. 47 requests were received from individuals, including collective ones-4, and 2 proposals from legal entities.
There were 44 applications, 4 complaints, and 1 repeated complaint and 1 proposal.
17 requests were received in the state language, the largest number of requests-32 are in Russian. Responses to applicants in accordance with the current legislation were sent in the language of the request. Among the applicants 49 legal entities and individuals are: citizens – 47 of them collectives-4 and 1 unemployed, non-governmental organizations, societies-2. in February, a total of 35 appeals were considered, 24 were given appropriate explanations, and 4 appeals were terminated. 7 requests were forwarded to other state bodies.
By the nature of issues: 23 appeals relate to issues of remuneration (policy, payment of wages, salary arrears), 11-violation of labor legislation, 3 appeals relate to General issues of labor and employment, 4-labor relations (employment, labor leave, labor discipline, temporary performance of official duties), 3 appeals to social security (payment of benefits, compensation, pension payments, unemployment benefits), 4-on labor protection, safety, industrial injuries, 1 – General issues professional development of personnel support.
The administration was directed to General 10 statements, of which: with akim of West Kazakhstan oblast and Uralsk – 3 treatment, with Prosecutor's offices of districts and Uralsk – 5, other areas of the departments of labour inspection – 1 treatment, state institutions – 1.
Based on the results of the analysis, no violations were found in terms of the time frame for consideration of appeals. All requests were considered in a timely manner, and citizens and legal entities received comprehensive responses within the established time frame in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 12, 2007 "on the procedure for considering requests from individuals and legal entities".
