In January 2020, The Department of labor inspection of the West Kazakhstan region received 50 requests from individuals and legal entities, including 3 requests from the e-government portal, oral explanations were given during a personal reception-3. 48 requests were received from individuals, including collective-6, and 2 proposals from legal entities. There were 45 applications, 3 complaints, and 2 offers, but no repeated requests were received. The largest number of requests-28 are in Russian, 22-in Kazakh. Responses to applicants in accordance with the current legislation were sent in the language of the request. Among the applicants 50 of legal entities and individuals are: citizens – 40, non-governmental organizations, societies-2, collectives-5, the unemployed-3. in January, a total of 23 appeals were considered, 1 appeal was satisfied, 21 were given appropriate explanations, and 1 appeal was terminated. 13 requests were forwarded to other state bodies.By the nature of issues: 23 appeals relate to issues of remuneration (policy, payment of wages, salary arrears), 16-violation of labor legislation, 3 appeals relate to General issues of labor and employment, 2 appeals to social security (payment of benefits, compensation, pension payments, unemployment benefits), 4 - on labor protection, safety, industrial injuries, 2 – General issues professional development of personnel support.In the month of January of the current year has been forwarded to the office in total 22 applications, including: from the Ministry of labour and social protection of population of the Republic of Kazakhstan – 1 treatment, akim of West Kazakhstan region – 3-treatment with the Prosecutor of the region, Uralsk and other regions – 14, other areas of the departments of labour inspection – 2 treatment of public institutions – 2.Work continues on requests on the official ineternet resource of the Department, the section "Manager's Blog" is functioning. During the month of January, we received 2 questions to give an explanation on labor relations, which were given the appropriate answers. At the same time, 6 explanations were given to organizations on various issues of labor legislation by means of cover letters to the EEA. On a daily basis, the state labor inspectors receive oral requests from individuals and legal entities on various issues of implementation of labor legislation, on which employees of the Department give oral explanations.Based on the results of the analysis of violations by the terms of consideration of appeals it is not revealed. All requests were considered in a timely manner, and citizens and legal entities received comprehensive responses within the established time frame in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 12, 2007 "on the procedure for considering requests from individuals and legal entities".
