In August of this year, The Department of labor inspection of the West Kazakhstan region received 59 (since the beginning of the year 388) requests from individuals and legal entities, and 7 requests from the e - government portal.
56 requests were received from individuals, including 7 collective ones, and 3 from legal entities.
There were 52 applications, 4 complaints, 2 requests and 1 offer.
19 requests were received in the state language, 40 requests are in Russian. Responses to applicants in accordance with the current legislation were sent in the language of the request.
In total, 36 appeals were considered, and 18 requests were clarified accordingly. 15 requests were forwarded to other state bodies or territories.
By the nature of issues: 38 appeals relate to issues of remuneration and social security (policy, payment of wages, salary arrears, payment of benefits), 9 – violation of labor legislation, 3 – appeals relate to General issues of labor and employment, 4 – labor relations (employment, labor leave, labor discipline, temporary performance of official duties), 5 – on labor protection, safety, industrial injuries.
A total of 18 applications were forwarded to the Department, including 12 from the Prosecutor's offices of the districts and the city of Uralsk, 1 from other regional labor inspection departments, and 5 from state institutions.
Based on the results of the analysis, no violations were found in terms of the time frame for consideration of appeals. All requests were considered in a timely manner, and citizens and legal entities received comprehensive responses within the established time frame in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 12, 2007 "on the procedure for considering requests from individuals and legal entities".
