In July 2020, The Department of labor inspection of the West Kazakhstan region received 56 (since the beginning of the year 329) requests from individuals and legal entities, the number of requests from the e - government portal increased-10 requests.
53 requests were received from individuals, including 7 collective ones, and 3 from legal entities.
There were 52 applications, 2 complaints, 1 request and 1 offer.
20 requests were received in the state language, 36 requests are in Russian. Responses to applicants in accordance with the current legislation were sent in the language of the request.
In total, 43 appeals were considered, and 23 requests were clarified accordingly. 16 requests were forwarded to other state bodies or territories.
By the nature of issues: 33 (179) appeals relate to issues of remuneration and social security (policy, payment of wages, salary arrears, payment of benefits), 11 (70) – violation of labor legislation, 4 (26) – appeals relate to General issues of labor and employment, 6 (29) – labor relations (employment, labor leave, labor discipline, temporary performance of official duties), 1 (20) – on labor protection, safety, industrial injuries, 1 (5) - General issues of professional development of personnel support.
The Administration was redirected a total of 11 applications, of which: with akim of West Kazakhstan region and akim of Burlin district – 2 treatment, with Prosecutor's offices of districts and Uralsk – 7, public institutions – 1 treatment.
Based on the results of the analysis, no violations were found in terms of the time frame for consideration of appeals. All requests were considered in a timely manner, and citizens and legal entities received comprehensive responses within the established time frame in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 12, 2007 "on the procedure for considering requests from individuals and legal entities".
