For the 1st half of 2020, the database "citizens' Appeals" Of the Department of labor inspection of the West Kazakhstan region received 273 appeals, including 23 appeals from the e-government portal, 7 oral explanations were given during a personal reception,and 2 appeals were repeated.
256 requests were received from individuals, including 39 collective requests, and 17 requests from legal entities.
247 people filed applications, 16 complaints, 8 offers and 2 requests were received.
100 citizens ' requests were received in the state language, the largest number of requests – 173-in Russian. Responses to applicants in accordance with the current legislation were sent in the language of the request.
For 6 months, a total of 254 appeals were considered, 5 of which were satisfied, 171 were given appropriate explanations, and 16 appeals were terminated. 62 requests were forwarded to other state bodies.
The analysis of appeals by the nature of issues shows that most of them affect the following issues: 146 citizens ' appeals relate to issues of remuneration (policy, payment of wages, salary arrears) and social security, 59-violation of labor legislation, 20-appeals relate to General issues of labor and employment, 21-labor relations (employment, labor leave, labor discipline, temporary performance of official duties), 19 - on labor protection, safety, industrial injuries, 8 – General issues professional development of personnel support.
The Administration was redirected a total of 87 applications, of which: with akim of West Kazakhstan region, districts and Uralsk – 13 appeals with the regional Prosecutor's office, districts and Uralsk – 43, the Department of labour inspection of other areas – 17 cases, government agencies – 14.
The documentation support service of the Department constantly monitors the terms of consideration of applications. According to the results of the analysis, no violations of the terms of consideration of appeals were detected. All requests were considered in a timely manner, citizens and legal entities received comprehensive responses within the established time frame in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 12, 2007 "on the procedure for considering appeals of individuals and legal entities".
Regarding information and explanatory work among the population.
The official ineternet resource of the Department has a section "Manager's Blog". We received 6 questions on labor relations that were answered accordingly. The Department also created categories of questions for the population on the official website, which allow you to answer current questions of the population. On the Internet portal "Open dialog", work on holding Internet conferences has continued on an ongoing basis. At the same time, 45 explanations were given to organizations on various issues of labor legislation by means of cover letters to the EEA. On a daily basis, the state labor inspectors receive requests from the population on various issues of implementing labor legislation, which are explained orally by the employees of the Department.
