In the Department of Economy and Budget Planning of the West Kazakhstan region, the acceptance, registration, accounting of applications of individuals and legal entities is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 12, 2007 "On the procedure for considering applications of individuals and legal entities" and in accordance with the Order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 18, 2015 №147 "On approval of the Rules for recording applications from individuals and legal entities."
The Department of Economics and Budget Planning of the West Kazakhstan region for 12 months of 2020 received 29 applications, of which: 3 applications from citizens and 2 applications, 2 request, 22 proposals from legal entities.
The nature of the issues of the received applications: education - 15, public administration - 1, construction - 2, financial activities, budget planning – 10, regional development - 1.
The appeals were considered in the manner prescribed by law and within the time frame.
Also, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 12, 2007 "On the Procedure for Considering Applications of Individuals and Legal Entities", the head and deputy heads carry out personal reception of citizens, according to the approved schedule of reception of citizens.
