Akimat of Burlinsky district, according to Article 43-1 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Order of the Minister of Agriculture No. 518 dated December 20, 2018, holds a competition to grant the right of temporary paid land use (lease) for farming or farming, agricultural production from agricultural lands, which will be held on November 14, 2022 at 09.00 at the address: Zapadno-Kazakhstan region, Burlinsky district, Aksai, Abaya str., 3/1 in the building of the akimat of Aksai.

The participant, who is an individual or a legal entity, submits the following documents to participate in the competition:
for a non–state legal entity of the Republic of Kazakhstan: the name of the legal entity, its location, information about state registration (re-registration) as a legal entity, information about the managers and participants or shareholders of the applicant - legal entity, indicating the size of their share in the authorized capital (of the total amount of the authorized capital), information about the applicant's affiliates;
for an individual: surname, first name and patronymic (if it is indicated in the identity document) of the applicant, place of residence, citizenship, individual identification number, information about the identity document of the applicant;
2) the location of the land plot claimed by the applicant;
3) application for participation in the competition;
4) competitive offer;
5) Obligations to conclude a contract for temporary paid land use (lease) of agricultural land for farming or farming or agricultural production within three working days from the date of receipt of notification of the need to sign the contract in case the applicant is recognized as the winner of the competition for granting the right of temporary paid land use (lease) for farming or farming, agricultural production.
The tender offer must contain:
1) business plan (projected volume of investments, areas of cultivation of agricultural crops, livestock of farm animals, agricultural technologies used, availability of agricultural machinery and technological equipment, qualified specialists in the field of agriculture, the number of jobs created);
2) obligations for the preparation and development of the project of on-farm land management, implementation of measures for the development of agricultural infrastructure;
3) obligations to comply with the requirements of the land legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the Rules for the rational use of agricultural land, the implementation of indicative indicators for the diversification of the structure of sown areas of crops in accordance with the specialization of the region, compliance with scientifically sound agricultural technologies, phytosanitary and quarantine requirements.
The tender offer is submitted by the participant of the competition in a closed envelope, printed or written in indelible ink, in a stitched form with numbered pages, where the last page is certified by: the signature of the participant – for individuals (or a proxy) and the signature of the first head (or a proxy) and a seal (if any) – for legal entities.
In the closed envelope of the tender offer, the inscription "Competition for granting the right of temporary paid land use (lease) for farming or farming, agricultural production" and "Do not open until: "___" _______ year" (the exact date is indicated).
Applications for participation in the competition are accepted and registered from 09:00 on November 3, 2022 to 17:00 on November 11, 2022. The scheme of placement of land plots put up for tender can be found on the geoinformation portal of the West Kazakhstan region, in the district department of land relations, as well as on the official Internet resource of the office of the akim of the Burlinsky district in the section "land relations".
