State Institution "Education Department of Burlinsky District of the Education Department of Akimat of West Kazakhstan Region" announces an open competition for filling the vacant position of the head of the nursery school:
GKKP "Nursery-kindergarten No. 10" Altyn besik "of the city of Ausay" of the education department of the Burlinsky district of the administration of education of the Akimat of the West Kazakhstan region "(address: the city of Aksai, M. Ikhsanova 4 a);
Requirements for qualifications: higher (postgraduate) pedagogical education pedagogical work experience five years, of which the last two years of work experience in a preschool organization, the presence of the first or the highest qualification category of a teacher or a qualification category of a teacher-expert, teacher-researcher, teacher-master (except for state employees, teachers of universities with a teaching experience of at least five years, methodologists of methodological offices (centers), a system of advanced training).
Should know: The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Education", the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Status of a Teacher", "On Counteracting Corruption" and other regulatory legal acts that determine the directions and prospects for the development of education; foundations of pedagogy and psychology, sociology; state compulsory education standards; achievements of pedagogical science and practice; fundamentals of economics, financial and economic activities; rules on safety and labor protection, fire protection, the basics of first-aid medical care, sanitary rules and regulations.
Job responsibilities: Supervises the activities of the organization of preschool education and training in accordance with regulatory legal acts. Supervises the work of the pedagogical council. Organizes the development and approval of working curricula, additional preschool educational programs, educational and methodological complexes, monitors compliance with internal regulations. Provides the implementation of educational programs in accordance with the state compulsory standard of preschool education and training, creates the necessary conditions for the safety of life and health of pupils and employees of the organization during the educational process.
Provides psychological and pedagogical support for children and parents in the upbringing and development of a child with special educational needs. Creates special conditions for organizing the upbringing and education of children with special educational needs, including the creation of a barrier-free environment. Determines the structure of the organization's management, solves financial, economic, scientific, methodological and other issues. Forms a contingent of pupils, provides their social protection.
Promotes the activities of methodological associations. Provides the necessary conditions for organizing food and medical care for children, strengthening and protecting the health of pupils. Disposes of the property and means of organizing preschool education and training in the manner prescribed by law, submits an annual report on receipts and expenditures of financial resources. Provides accounting, preservation and strengthening of the educational and material base, compliance with the rules of the sanitary and hygienic regime, safety and labor protection.
Carries out communication with the public, organizations, interaction with parents (persons replacing them). Carries out the selection and placement of teaching staff and auxiliary personnel, develops job descriptions for employees. Creates conditions for professional development of teachers and other workers. Conducts in the prescribed manner the assignment (confirmation) of the qualification category of employees.
Introduces the concept "Education based on values" in the organization with the participation of all subjects of the educational process, including the family of children. Provides preparation and presentation of the necessary reporting on the activities of the organization.
The official salary of the head of the nursery-kindergarten No. 10 "Altyn besik" of the city of Aksai, depending on the length of service, from 129,000 tenge to 156,884 tenge;

The Commission within three working days notifies: the bidders who meet the qualification requirements, their approval as candidates, the date, time and place of the interview.

3) a copy of a state-recognized education document;
4) a copy of a document confirming employment;
5) a personal sheet of personnel records and photos;
6) production characteristics from the previous place of work, indicating the existing penalties and incentives;
7) a copy of the document on the existing qualification category and academic degree (if any);
8) a certificate of health in the form, on the state of health in the form approved by order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2010 No. 907 "On approval of forms of primary medical documentation of health care organizations" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts under No. 6697);
9) a certificate of no criminal record;
10) a certificate on the presence or absence of information on the commission of a corruption crime;
11) a document on passing testing (if any);
12) a document on completion of refresher courses, retraining (if any);
13) a document confirming the completion of advanced training courses in management in education for at least seventy two hours;
14) a long-term plan for the development of an educational organization.
The documents specified in subparagraphs 3), 4), 5), 6), 7) are certified by the personnel service from the place of work or by the responsible employee of the educational organization and certified by the seal.
