NOTE:

A participant who is an individual or a legal entity must submit the following documents to participate in the competition:

1) application for participation in the competition;

2) the bid;

 

The proposal should contain:

1) business plan (projected investment volume, the area of cultivation of agricultural crops, livestock, used agricultural technologies, the availability of agricultural machinery and technological equipment, qualified specialists in the field of agriculture, the number of jobs created);

2) obligations to draw up and develop the project of on-farm land management, implementation of measures for the development of agricultural infrastructure;

3) obligations to comply with the requirements of the land legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the rules for the rational use of agricultural land, the implementation of indicative indicators for the diversification of the structure of sown areas of agricultural crops in accordance with the specialization of the region, compliance with science-based agricultural technologies, phytosanitary and quarantine requirements.

The tender offer is submitted by the bidder in a closed envelope, printed or written in indelible ink in stitched form with numbered pages, where the last page is certified by: the participant's signature - for individuals (or a Trustee) and the signature of the first Manager (or a Trustee) and the seal (if any) - for legal entities.

Acceptance and registration of applications for participation in the competition is made after thirty calendar days from the date of publication of the notice of the competition from November 30 to December 24, 2020. The scheme for placing land plots that are put up for competition can be found on the Internet resource of the local Executive body http://syrym-bko.gov.kz// and from the information corners of the offices of akims of rural districts and the district Department of land relations.
