4) Carrying out a set of events aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle and military-Patriotic education of young people-1283,000 (one million two hundred and eighty-three thousand) tenge;
5) holding events on mutual cooperation of youth of border areas "Youth - for friendship and peace" - 500,000 (five hundred thousand) tenge;
6) participation of youth delegations of Burlinsky district in regional, national and international events in the field of youth policy-457,000 (four hundred and fifty-seven thousand) tenge;
7) Monitoring the implementation of the state social order by non-governmental organizations-500,000 (five hundred thousand) tenge.
Due to the quarantine situation in the country and compliance with restrictions on holding mass events even after the end of the quarantine, it was not possible to hold events within the framework of projects as planned. However, a number of events were held as much as possible in an online form. As of 01.11.2020, the percentage of development of 12 projects with which the contract was concluded was 39.6.
It is planned that the funds of projects that could not be implemented will be returned to the budget. The number of such projects is 4.

4) Monitoring the implementation of the state social order by non-governmental organizations
Reason for refund: during the entire period of the public procurement procedure, the project was not implemented due to the lack of submitted applications.
