Terms of the auction: the Auction will be held on the portal gosreestr.kz. the Auction is held using the English method (to increase the initial price). On the portal gosreestr.kz. the initial price of the object and the step of increasing the price are announced. By clicking the "Confirm price" button, bidders raise the starting price, but not less than the announced step before determining the winner of the auction.
Terms of sale lease of land plots and list of encumbrances (restrictions): The buyer must: sign the Protocol with the help of EDS (electronic-digital signature) on the results of the auction on the day of its holding, conclude a contract of sale and lease of land with the state institution "Department of land relations of the Burlinsky district of the WKO" within one working day from the date of the relevant decision(resolution)akimat, akim of the city of Aksay, akim of the rural district and fulfill their obligations under it, conclude an agreement on the terms of development, use the land plot in accordance with its intended purpose, if necessary, grant interested parties the right to limited use of the land plot (easement), and pay rent on time.
The auction price of the land plot fixed at the auction is paid in the form of an advance payment of 50% no later than 5 banking days after signing the purchase and sale agreement, and the remaining amount must be paid no later than 30 calendar days from the date of signing the purchase and sale agreement.
Note: the guarantee fee for each auction item must be paid separately.
To register as an auction participant, you must submit:
for individuals: 1) an application for participation in the auction; 2) a payment document confirming the payment of the guarantee fee; 3) a document certifying the authority of the representative;
for legal entities: 1) the application for participation in the auction; 2) the payment document confirming guarantee fee; 3) residents are legalized extract from the trade register or other legalized document certifying that the foreign entity is a legal entity under legislation of a foreign state, with notarized translation into state and Russian languages; 4) document certifying powers of the representative.
Registration of auction participants is made from the date of publication of the information message and ends 24 hours (twenty-four) hours before the start of the auction. Applications for participation in the auction are accepted on the portal gosreestr.kz.
