Akimat of Burlin district, in accordance with article 43-1 of the Land code of the RK and the order of the Minister of agriculture No. 518 of 20 December 2018, is conducting a re-competition for granting the right of temporary paid land use (rent) for peasant or farming and agricultural production from agricultural land, which will be held on October 28, 2020 at 15.00 hours at the address: West Kazakhstan region, burlinskiy district, Aksai city, Abay St., 3/1 akimat building in Aksai.

NOTE:
A participant who is an individual or a legal entity must submit the following documents to participate in the competition:
1) for a non-state legal entity of the Republic of Kazakhstan: Name of the legal entity, its location, information about state registration (re – registration) as a legal entity, information about the managers and participants or shareholders of the applicant-legal entity, indicating the size of their share in the authorized capital (from the total amount of the authorized capital), information about the applicant's affiliates;
for an individual: surname, first name and patronymic (if it is specified in the identity document) of the applicant, place of residence, citizenship, individual identification number, information about the applicant's identity document;
2) location of the land plot claimed by the applicant;
3) application for participation in the competition;
4) competitive offer;
5) Obligations to conclude a contract for temporary paid land use (lease) of agricultural land for farming or farming or agricultural production within three working days from the date of receipt of notification of the need to sign this contract if the applicant is recognized as the winner of the competition for granting the right to temporary paid land use (lease) for farming or farming, agricultural production.
The tender offer must contain:
1) business plan (projected investment volume, area of crop cultivation, number of farm animals, applied agricultural technologies, availability of agricultural machinery and technological equipment, qualified specialists in the field of agriculture, the number of jobs created);
2) obligations to draw up and develop the project of on-farm land management, implementation of measures for the development of agricultural infrastructure;
3) obligations to comply with the requirements of the land legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including The rules for the rational use of agricultural land, the implementation of indicative indicators for the diversification of the structure of sown areas of agricultural crops in accordance with the specialization of the region, compliance with science-based agricultural technologies, phytosanitary and quarantine requirements.
The tender offer is submitted by the bidder in a closed envelope, printed or written in indelible ink in stitched form with numbered pages, where the last page is certified: the participant's signature – for individuals (or a proxy) and the signature of the first Manager (or a proxy) and the seal (if any) – for legal entities.
In the closed envelope of the tender offer, the inscription "Competition for granting the right of temporary paid land use (lease) for conducting a peasant or farm economy, agricultural production" and "Do not open until: "___" _______ year" (specify the exact date).
Acceptance and registration of applications for participation in the competition is made after thirty calendar days from the date of publication of the notice of the competition from October 20, 2020 to October 27, 2020.
