ANNOUNCEMENT

Akimat of Burlinsky district, according to Art. 43-1 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the order of the Minister of Agriculture No. 518 of December 20, 2018, holds a repeated tender for granting the right to temporary paid land use (lease) for running a peasant or farm economy, agricultural production from agricultural land, which will be held on October 21, 2020 at 15.00 hours at the address: West Kazakhstan region, Burlinsky district, Aksai, st. Abay, 3/1 in the building of the akimat of Aksai.

NOTE:

A participant who is an individual and a legal entity shall submit the following documents to participate in the competition:

for a non-state legal entity of the Republic of Kazakhstan: The name of the legal entity, its location, information on state registration (re-registration) as a legal entity, information on the heads and participants or shareholders of the applicant - legal entity, indicating the size of their share in the authorized capital (of the total size authorized capital), information about the affiliated persons of the applicant;

for an individual: surname, name and patronymic (if it is indicated in the identity document) of the applicant, place of residence, citizenship, individual identification number, information about the identity document of the applicant;

2) Location of the land plot for which the applicant applies;

3) application for participation in the competition;

4) competitive proposal;

5) Obligations to conclude an agreement for temporary paid land use (lease) of a land plot for agricultural purposes for running a peasant or farm enterprise or agricultural production within three working days from the date of receipt of notification of the need to sign the specified agreement in case the applicant is recognized as the winner of the tender for granting the right of temporary paid land use (lease) for peasant or farm management, agricultural production.

The bid must contain:

1) business plan (projected volume of investments, area of ​​cultivation of agricultural crops, livestock of farm animals, agricultural technologies used, availability of agricultural machinery and technological equipment, qualified specialists in the field of agriculture, number of jobs created);

2) obligations for the preparation and development of a project for on-farm land management, implementation of measures for the development of agricultural infrastructure;

3) obligations to comply with the requirements of the land legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the Rules for the rational use of agricultural lands, the implementation of indicative indicators for the diversification of the structure of sown areas of agricultural crops in accordance with the specialization of the region, compliance with scientifically grounded agricultural technologies, phytosanitary and quarantine requirements.

The tender proposal is submitted by the bidder in a closed envelope, printed or written in indelible ink in a stitched form with numbered pages, where the last page is certified by: the participant's signature - for individuals (or a proxy) and the signature of the first manager (or proxy) and a seal (if availability) - for legal entities.

In the closed envelope of the tender offer the inscription "Competition for granting the right to temporary paid land use (lease) for running a peasant or farm enterprise, agricultural production" and "Do not open until:" ___ "_______ year" (the exact date is indicated) is indicated.

Acceptance and registration of applications for participation in the competition is carried out after thirty calendar days from the date of publication of the notice of the competition from October 05, 2020 to October 20, 2020. The layout of the land plots put up for the competition can be found in the district department of land relations.
