NOTE:

A participant who is an individual and a legal entity shall submit the following documents to participate in the competition:

1) application for participation in the competition;

2) competitive proposal;

 

The bid must contain:

1) business plan (projected volume of investments, area of ​​cultivation of agricultural crops, livestock of farm animals, agricultural technologies used, availability of agricultural machinery and technological equipment, qualified specialists in the field of agriculture, number of jobs created);

2) obligations for the preparation and development of a project for on-farm land management, implementation of measures for the development of agricultural infrastructure;

3) obligations to comply with the requirements of the land legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the Rules for the rational use of agricultural lands, the implementation of indicative indicators for the diversification of the structure of sown areas of agricultural crops in accordance with the specialization of the region, compliance with scientifically grounded agricultural technologies, phytosanitary and quarantine requirements.

The tender proposal is submitted by the bidder in a closed envelope, printed or written in indelible ink in a stitched form with numbered pages, where the last page is certified by: the participant's signature - for individuals (or a proxy) and the signature of the first manager (or proxy) and a seal (if availability) - for legal entities.

Acceptance and registration of applications for participation in the competition is carried out after thirty calendar days from the date of publication of the notice of the competition from September 21, 2020 to October 9, 2020. The layout of land plots put up for the competition can be found on the Internet resource of the local executive body http://syrym-bko.gov.kz// and from the information corners of the akims of rural districts and the district department of land relations.
