In 2019, in the region, those on the waiting list in need of housing improvements were provided with 4 apartments, of which:

- large families - 3 apartments;

- for a disabled person and a participant in the Second World War - 1 apartment;

In the period from 2014 to the present day, within the framework of the program "Development of the regions until 2020", 342 million tenge was allocated and spent for the repair of apartment buildings in the town of Aksai, Burlinsky district of WKO.

Today in the city of Aksai there are 152 multi-apartment residential buildings (MZhD), of which the number of MZhD requiring repair of the roof, facades and engineering networks - 100 houses (66%), the number of MZhD in which the replacement of elevators is required - 56 houses (133 elevators), in total there are 210 elevators in the city.

In 2019, work was carried out to replace 5 passenger elevators in the 5th microdistrict in houses No. 7 (2 elevators), 12, 16, 27, as well as the overhaul of the roof of the house No. 6 in the 10th microdistrict.

In total, in the city of Aksai, Burlinsky district of WKO, 29 projects were implemented for a total of 342 million tenge.

At the expense of the Republic of Belarus - 11 Moscow Railways for the amount of 82 million tenge.
At the expense of the MB - 18 Moscow Railways in the amount of 260 million tenge.
At the expense of repayable funds, the repair of 1 MZD was carried out in the amount of -5.939.0 thousand tenge

In 2019, major repairs of roads were carried out on Zavodskaya st. Alekseeva from Ikhsanov street to Komsomolskaya street.

Overhaul of the dam in Tikhonovka village, Karakuduk rural district, Kirovo village, Karaganda rural district, Uspenovka village, Uspenovsky rural district, v. Besagash of the Pugachevsky rural district.

Under the program "The functioning of the water supply and sewerage system", current work on water supply is carried out annually. For uninterrupted provision of heat and hot water supply to residents, work was carried out to acquire and replace two boilers and 3 hot water supply tanks in the boiler room 10 of the microdistrict of Aksai at the expense of the Emergency Reserve of the local executive body to eliminate an emergency situation of a social, natural and man-made nature.

Under the State Program Digital Kazakhstan, 6 autonomous boiler houses of Karachaganak-1 were dispatched to the central heating station of the 10th microdistrict of Aksai.

Working projects are being developed for "Construction of a backup line of water supply networks from the Bestau water intake to Druzhby Narodov street (line -A) in the city of Aksai, Burlinsky district of the WKO", "Reconstruction of the water pipeline on Zheleznodorozhnaya street in the city of Aksai" and "Reconstruction of sewage treatment facilities in Aksai "

Electricity supply is one of the main components of the city's life-supporting infrastructure. In 2019, in order to improve the safety of residents and to ensure uninterrupted power supply, 2 transformers were moved from Oral and Aksu streets to the extreme Bolashak streets, Aksai. Also, in connection with the frequent accidents on the underground power line in the 10th microdistrict, providing residents of 7,9,11,12,13 microdistricts and the village of Kyzyltal, work was carried out to lay new overhead power lines in the 10th microdistrict of Aksai.
