On August 3, 2022, to the Bokeyordinsky district Election Commission, in accordance with according to Article 113-3 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", documents were submitted from Kshimov Aidar Bauyrzhanuly, who lives in the village of Saykhin, Bokeyordinsky district, as a candidate by self-nomination for the election of akim of Urda rural district.
Education - higher, in 2012 graduated from the West Kazakhstan Agrarian and Technical University. Zhangir Khan majored in "Technology of processing industries". Currently, he works as the chief specialist of the Department of organizational and control work and the unified personnel management service of the Akim of the Bokeyordinsky district.
