On July 25, 2021, to the Bokeyordinsky district Election Commission, in accordance with according to Article 113-3 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", documents were submitted from Nurken Mendigulovich Topasov, who lives in S.Saykhin of Bokeyordinsky district, a candidate by self-nomination for the election of akim of Urda rural district.
Education - higher, in 2009 graduated from the West Kazakhstan Agrarian and Technical University. Zhangir Khan majored in Economics, graduated from the West Kazakhstan Engineering and Humanities University in 2011 with a degree in Law.
Currently, he works as the head of the department of document management and financial and economic activities of the office of the akim of the Bokeyordinsky district.
