The staff unit of this center will have a 24-hour Coll center for a teacher-psychologist. Work is also being carried out on the professional training of teachers-psychologists.
For teachers-psychologists responsible for the Call Center, explanatory work was carried out on the rules of activity and ethics of receiving calls.
The helplines of the Department of Education have been transferred to the center to a single number 8 (708) 435 04 63 altel and a short number 1301.
Call center can be made both from an automatic phone, as well as from a home phone and a mobile phone.

In order to promptly identify information and video materials about harming minors on a national scale, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan has a chat conference "Bala Qorgau" and a helpline (87172) 74-25-28 in the Telegram messenger. Employees of the department and educational institutions have registered in the chat "Bala Qorgau".
