If in everyday life we can "adapt", hoping for the early inclusion of electrical energy, then what to do in cases where there is a potential danger to the life and health of the population - a patient lying on the operating table; enterprises with a continuous production cycle, aerovinavigation facilities and other facilities need a continuous supply of electricity.
Objects whose disconnection can lead to the death of people, disruption of life support facilities, catastrophic environmental, social or economic consequences belong to the objects of continuous energy supply.
According to the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of electric power industry, objects ensuring the security of the state; tele-radio communications; water supply, sewerage and heat supply enterprises; medical institutions; objects ensuring fire safety, the maintenance of which is provided for by the budget; objects of metallurgical enterprises of continuous production of titanium and magnesium by electrolysis method; objects of an aeronautical organization providing air traffic services; poultry farms.
For such objects, the value of emergency armor is determined - the minimum required electrical power, the supply of which to the object of continuous power supply preserves the functioning of important devices for it and prevents disruption of life support facilities, as well as catastrophic, environmental, social or economic consequences or loss of life
The objects of continuous power supply are divided into objects of national and local significance.
For each object included in the list of objects of continuous power supply, an emergency reservation act is drawn up, which subsequently becomes an annex to the power supply contract and the contract for the transmission of electric energy.
The presence of an act of emergency armor indicates that the object will be provided with the amount of electrical energy necessary for the normal functioning of the object.
However, not all continuous power supply facilities have emergency armor certificates.
In this connection, the State Institution "Territorial Department of the Committee for Atomic and Energy Supervision and Control of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the West Kazakhstan region" calls on the objects of the western region included in the list of objects of continuous energy supply not to neglect the requirements of current legislation and draw up acts of emergency reservation with energy supply and energy transmission organizations, because the well-being of the population depends on the level of its training.
