1. In the Bokeyordinsky district, 4 candidates were included in the ballots in 2 districts.
In total, 4 candidates for rural akims were nominated during the election period, 4 candidates were registered.
According to the decisions of the TEC (on the cancellation of registration), no lawsuits were filed in court.
No changes were made to the ballots for the electoral districts. (withdrawal of candidacy, cancellation of the decision to nominate a candidate, cancellation of the decision to register candidates).
2. The ballots were made with a reserve of 1 percent of the total number of voters in the electoral district and delivered to the polling stations. The premises where the ballots are located are sealed and handed over to the internal affairs bodies for protection.
3. All 4 polling stations are equipped with voting facilities in accordance with the Instructions approved by the resolution of the Central Election Commission.
At all polling stations there are information posters about candidates, stands with the necessary information about the composition of the commissions, the phone numbers of the higher commission, the prosecutor's office and the court, the Rules of conduct in the voting room, approved by the resolutions of the precinct election commissions.
The necessary conditions have been created for citizens with special needs to vote. Stencils for the visually impaired were made (using Braille) and distributed for use in 4 sites. There are magnifying glasses and audio clips made at all 4 polling stations.
Precinct election commissions will monitor the participation of persons with disabilities in voting.
4. There are 27 members in the composition of election commissions.
5. 1,308 citizens are included in the voter lists submitted by the relevant akims according to the acts.
After the transfer of the voter lists to the polling stations, 0 voters are additionally included in them, 0 are excluded .
6. The decisions of the territorial commissions on changing the voting time were not taken .
7. The necessary measures are provided to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus infection at polling stations.
The issues of uninterrupted power supply, communications, law enforcement, anti-terrorism were discussed at a conference call with the participation of the akim of the district.
8. There were no complaints or appeals on the elections to the TIKi.
The election commissions are ready to conduct the elections.
