Educational work in educational institutions is carried out under Government resolution No. 988 of December 27, 2019 "On approval of the state program of development of education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2020-2025 years" and the plan of measures on realization of the conceptual foundations of education in the framework of the program "Ruhani air" in the years 2019-2024, approved by order of the Minister of education and science of Kazakhstan of April 15, 2019 No145.
Additional education
Currently, out of 169 school museums in the region, 162 are located in secondary schools, 7 in the main secondary school. Of these, the number of certified museums is 136 (non – certified – 33).
A number of activities were organized to make effective use of children's leisure time during the quarantine period. In particular, in order to improve environmental knowledge and creative aspects of students, to develop practical knowledge in the study of the environment, the regional summer field II "Ecological School", the quiz "Nature through the eyes of children", the intellectual ecological laboratory work "Eco-me, eco-you, eco-us", a virtual trip to the children's zoo were held remotely.
Was organized open online competition "My dad's a tourist" remote contests orienteering tourist destinations "Trip to his native land," "Sports LIVE" remote quest marathon tourist directions "07 the region," regional family online contest "father, mother and I - tourism family", the regional meeting of the tourist expedition troops "My Motherland-Kazakhstan", remote tourism festival "Europe-Asia" on the International day of tourism research marathon "Jayy Alay", Turiada remote autumn "Altyn Dala", etc.
In order to activate the work of school museums, the action "In every educational institution – a museum!" and the challenge "Museum of History – Museum of Origins"were held.
There was also organized a summer vacation for children in an online format on the theme "DarynLand". During the event, sports training sessions, fun live broadcasts, online competitions, master classes and exciting trips were held.
In the framework of the project "Ajayi Amaldi Alay" for the purposes of moral education, youth involvement in the process of anti-corruption education and formation of the principle of "zero tolerance" for all types of offenses wire remote contest commercials "BARIMIZ AMALDI USHIN!". A total of 244 students took part in the competition.
Together with the Department of the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the West Kazakhstan region, an online competition "Parasatty Otbasy" was held in order to promote family values, in which 144 families took part.
In order to demonstrate that corruption is one of the most dangerous negative social manifestations and restricts the free operation of economic laws, reduces the authority of our country before the world community and explains the importance of improving the level and quality of legal literacy of schoolchildren for an effective fight against corruption, a regional relay race was held remotely "Corruption.net" a total of 85 children are covered.
In order to increase the importance of parental morality and family values in the family, the regional parent conference "Otbasy-bakyt Mekeni" was held, dedicated to the World Children's Day.
Together with the TV channel "AQJAIYQ" was organized contests TV "Babalar tarihi – urpakka Amanat", "Family – machanisim", family karaoke contest "Batys voice" competition "Birlik", the regional challenges "Parent and me", "Ball Ely", "Tugan LCA Keremet", intellectual game "Scrabble" among students in grades 9-11 were removed 6 programs.
At the initiative of the Prosecutor's Office of the West Kazakhstan Region, together with the public association "Zhaiyk Tany", an essay contest "The history of my family in the history of my region" was organized, in which 321 works took part.
In addition, a festive concert "Zhasa, Kazakhstan" dedicated to the independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan and an online booktrailer competition "Tamyrly Tarikhymmen Maktanamyn" were held online.
At the end of the year, more than 100 regional events (technical, environmental, musical, intellectual, tourist) were organized with the coverage of more than 20,000 students.
Development of physical culture and sports
In 2020, in the regional educational organizations, 1,930 sports sections covered 34,365 students (30.8%) (the republican figure is 34%), in 2019, 26,866 (25%) students were covered (compared to 2019, an increase of 5.8% ).
Every year, in order to develop students ' healthy lifestyle skills, a sports contest among schoolchildren, school and college leagues, tournaments, and sports competitions are held.
In the schools of the region there are 242 military-patriotic clubs with coverage of 4,039 students, in colleges there are 34 clubs with coverage of 714 students. 15 classes of "Zhas Sarbaz" with coverage of 361 students were opened in the region.
Implementation of the "Rukhani Zhangyru" program
According to the plan of the Department of Education for the implementation of the program "Looking to the Future: Modernization of public Consciousness", 29 events were planned for 2020. According to the special project " New humanitarian knowledge. 100 new textbooks in the Kazakh language" - 1 event, for the special project "Tugan Zher" - 27 events, for the special project "Translation of the Kazakh language into Latin graphics" - 1 event.
To date, 21 events have been organized, covering 1541 students. 8 events were not held due to the current sanitary and epidemiological situation in the country.
Children's organizations "Zhas Kyran" (30,335 students, 62%), "Zhas Ulan" (36,943 students, 66%) of students of grades 5-10 work in schools to develop the children's movement, increase their activity, and form a civic position. Compared to 2019, the involvement of children in the children's movement "Zhas Kyran" increased by 4.1% (in 2019, the coverage was 27,827 students (57.9%), the involvement in the children's movement "Zhas Ulan" increased by 6.3% (in 2019, 31964 students - 59.7%).
