The total area of ​​agricultural land is 524,500 hectares, of which 273,194 hectares of arable land, 364 hectares of perennial plantings, 89312 hectares of fallow lands, 18023 hectares of hayfields, and 142955 hectares of pastures.

-consideration of applications and preparation of proposals and draft decisions of the local executive body of the district (city of regional significance for changing the purpose of land - 355;

- consideration of applications and preparation of proposals and draft decisions of the local executive body of the district (city of regional significance for issuing permits to transfer agricultural land to another - 3;

- Consideration of applications for sale in private ownership of a land plot previously provided for land use -38;

- Consideration of applications for placing on a waiting list for a land plot-194;

In 2019, 46 land users were identified on a total area of ​​35,362 hectares of agricultural land not used for their intended purpose, out of 46 land users, 32 land plots with a total area of ​​14,841 hectares of agricultural land were returned to the state fund (of which, by court decision, 1 land a plot of 7351 hectares, 31 land plots with a total area of ​​7490 hectares voluntarily raised), 17 land users in the area were sent to the State Institution “Department of Agriculture of the Baiterek District” on verification.

As of December 31, 2019, the land relations department of the Baiterek district held tenders for the provision of agricultural land for rent for agricultural production on the territory of Peremetninsky, Kushumsky, Yanaykinsky, Zelenovsky, Trekinsky, Rubezhinsky, Razdolnensky, Yanvartsevsky rural districts and the rural district Makhambet, Egіndіbulak. As a result of the competition, 24 land plots with a total area of ​​8394 hectares were provided.

As of December 31, 2019, 4 auctions were held to sell the right to lease 28 land plots of 23 hectares for the construction of commercial facilities. Following the auction, 17 land plots worth 19,400 thousand tenge were sold.

As of December 31, 2019, purchase and sale agreements were concluded on 71 land plots in the amount of 96 576 thousand tenge

As of December 31, 2019, 4,184 hectares of land were provided under the investment project (Zhayyk ET LLP, Central Feedlot LLP, World Green Company LLP).

From 68 settlements of the district, 21 settlements in the district queue for individual housing construction are 8829 people. Since September of this year, the provision of 354 land plots for private housing in the village of Darinskoye has begun. Today, a decision was made by the land commission of 194 land plots in the village of Darinskoye.
