In order to prevent a mass gathering of citizens and the risk of infection with the virus, PSC in some regions accept citizens strictly on the basis of pre-booking only. Due to the deterioration of the epidemiological situation, the chief sanitary doctors of the regions made a special decision on the work of the PSC of the cities of Nur-Sultan, Atyrau, Kostanay, Rudny, Tobol, Taldykorgan, Shymkent, Karaganda, Zhezkazgan, Temirtau, Ust-Kamenogorsk and Semey. Now the reception of visitors is carried out only by appointment. It is worth noting that these changes will not affect the work of PSC's in rural areas and district centers.
In the PSC building, it is necessary to strictly observe the order of wearing masks. To maintain the distance, signs are drawn, the distance between them is 1.5-2 meters. In each Zone there is sanitizer.

"Our colleagues are in direct contact with the recipients of services in the front offices. We try to ensure the safety of visitors and employees as much as possible. Therefore, we recommend that recipients of services refrain from visiting the PSC if they have any signs of illness, " said Adil Kozhikhov, Chairman of the state corporation.
