To begin with, we recommend that you book an online queue at the PSC, namely in the preferential window and come 20 minutes before the scheduled time to confirm your reservation;
📌 To submit an application, you must contact the PSC operator with the following documents:
📎 ID card;
📎 Power of attorney from the disability, not requiring notarization, in the case of persons with a disability attorney;
The operator enters the necessary personal data about a citizen with a disability from the PSC information system. In the absence of information, the applicant will need to additionally provide the following documents :

Копия A copy of the extract from the individual rehabilitation program.
⏰ The time of rendering the service without taking into account the day of submission of documents – 10 working days.
